BRANDON BURGESS
Chairman and CEO, ION Media Networks

Brandon Burgess is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ION Media Networks. He orchestrated and led the company’s financial and operational turnaround, establishing ION as a leading independent U.S. television network company. ION operates the largest broadcast TV station footprint in the U.S., including owned stations in each of the top 20 TV markets.

Burgess transformed the company’s flagship network, ION Television, into a top general entertainment destination through innovative content relationships for broadcast and cable TV series, theatrical movies, as well as original series and original made-for-TV movies. This strategy resulted in sustained success, making ION Television a top 10 rated national network in record time, reaching more than 100 million households.

Given ION’s large terrestrial TV footprint, Burgess has been a thought leader on UHV spectrum. He pioneered the D2 multicast category as early as 2007 with the first two national special interest networks â€" Qubo (education-centric content for children and parents) and ION Life (lifestyle and reality content). Since then, he led ION to industry-leading R&D capability for exploring wireless broadcast content and data delivery.

Prior to joining ION, Burgess was the head of Business Development and Global Strategy for NBCUniversal, where he was credited with evolving the NBC broadcast network into an integrated global multimedia company. He was the architect of NBC's acquisition of Universal Entertainment, creating NBCUniversal. His other accomplishments include the restructuring of Rainbow Media, resulting in NBC's acquisition of Bravo, its first cable entertainment channel. In prior positions, Burgess worked in Corporate Strategy for PepsiCo and in the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs.

Burgess was recognized by the World Economic Forum as a member of its first class of "Young Global Leaders" in 2005, and was honored with Broadcasting & Cable’s Technology Leadership Award in 2008 for his industry work in spectrum Research & Development. Burgess serves on the Board of the National Association of Broadcasters.

Raised and educated in Germany and the U.S., Burgess is bilingual, a graduate of the European Business School, and holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He and his wife Saira have two children, Elsa and Benjamin.

NANCY DUBUC
President and CEO, A+E Television Networks, LLC

As Executive Vice President and Head of the Open Innovation Center, David Eun leads Samsung’s efforts to drive software and services innovation, with a focus on start-ups. He is responsible for early stage investments, acquisitions, partnerships and Accelerators in Silicon Valley and New York, both of which build internal start-ups with preferred access to Samsung’s operating units. David also oversees SmartThings, the recently acquired open platform for the connected home and consumer internet of things.

Prior to joining Samsung, David served as President of AOL Media and Studios and as head of content partnerships at Google.

RANDY FALCO
President and CEO, Univision Communications Inc.

Randy Falco is president and chief executive officer of Univision Communications Inc., the leading media company serving Hispanic America. Under his leadership, Univision has taken steps in its ongoing evolution from what was once a niche broadcast network to the general media multimedia powerhouse of today. As president and chief operating officer of NBC Universal Television Group, Mr. Falco also served as an officer of General Electric, then majority owner of NBC Universal.

Prior to that, Mr. Falco served as president of the NBC Universal Television Network Group beginning in 2004 and as group president of the NBC Television Network beginning in 1998. Mr. Falco has also served as chief operating officer, NBC Olympics, for the 2002 Winter Olympic Games in Salt Lake City; the 2000 Summer Olympic Games in Sydney; the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta; and the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona. He has won numerous Emmy Awards for these broadcasts. He previously served as president of NBC’s Broadcast and Network Operations division, where he oversaw the facilities and operations of the NBC Television Network worldwide.

From 1986 until 1991, he served as vice president of Finance and Administration, NBC Sports. Before that, he held several managerial positions in finance, technical operations, and corporate strategic planning after joining NBC in September 1975. Mr. Falco’s contributions to NBC throughout his tenure include overseeing the design and creation of the Today show’s “Window on the World” studio, MSNBC’s original state-of-the-art broadcast facilities in Secaucus, N.J., and the digital conversion of the NBC Television Network.

Mr. Falco has received several recognitions, including the Ballet Hispanico Gala Honor 2013, MALDEF Legacy Leader Award 2012, CableFax 100 “Above it All” 2012, CableFax 100 2011, and Museum of Moving Image Honor 2012.

Mr. Falco holds an M.B.A. in finance and a bachelor’s of science degree, also in finance, from Iona College. He received an honorary doctorate from Iona College in 2001. Mr. Falco sits on the board of Ronald McDonald House and the Museum of The Moving Image.

PETER LIGUORI
President and CEO, Tribune Media Company

Peter Liguori is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Tribune Media Company. He is also a member of Tribune Media Company’s board of directors. Liguori previously served as Chief Operating Officer of Discovery Communications. Before joining Discovery in 2009, Liguori served as Chairman of entertainment for the Fox Broadcasting Company. Prior to assuming that position in 2005, Liguori was president and CEO of News Corp.’s FX Networks since 1998, overseeing business and programming operations for FX and Fox Movie Channel.

Liguori joined Fox/Liberty Networks in 1996 as senior vice president, marketing, for a new joint venture, which now includes Fox Sports Net, FX, Fox Sports World, SPEED and National Geographic Channel. Prior to joining Fox, Liguori was vice president, consumer marketing, at HBO. He also held several positions in HBO’s Home Video Division, including vice president, marketing, and senior vice president, marketing.

Liguori also has experience as a producer of the widely acclaimed independent feature film, “Big Night.” Prior to HBO, he worked in advertising at Ogilvy & Mather and Saatchi & Saatchi. Liguori served on the Board of Directors of Yahoo! from April 2012 to June 2014.

ROBERT D. MANFRED, JR.
Commissioner-Elect, Major League Baseball

On August 14, 2014, Robert D. Manfred, Jr. was elected the 10th Commissioner in Major League Baseball history, succeeding Bud Selig in January 2015.

On September 28, 2013, Manfred was named Chief Operating Officer of MLB. In that role, Mr. Manfred reported directly to the Commissioner and oversees all of the traditional functions of the Commissioner’s Office, including labor relations, baseball operations, finance, adminstration and club governance.

Prior to being named COO, Mr. Manfred served for 15 years as Executive Vice President of Labor Relations, leading the negotiations that resulted in new collective bargaining agreements in 2002, 2006, and 2011. Those agreements helped realize Commissioner’s Selig’s vision of competitive balance and club financial stability through reforms such as increased revenue sharing, more aggressive payroll taxes, reform of the amateur talent acquisition process, and strict debt regulation.

Prior to joining Major League Baseball, Mr. Manfred was a partner in the Labor and Employment Law Section of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, LLP resident in the Washington D.C., office.

Mr. Manfred received a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University and received his law degree magna cum laude in 1983 from Harvard Law School, where he was an articles editor of the Harvard Law Review. Following law school, Mr. Manfred served as a clerk to U.S. District Court Judge Joseph L. Tauro in the District of Massachusetts.

GRACIA C. MARTORE
President and CEO, Gannett Co., Inc.

Gracia Martore is President and Chief Executive Officer of Gannett Co., Inc. She became CEO in October 2011.

Martore joined Gannett in 1985 as Assistant Treasurer. She became a Vice President in the Treasury group in 1993 and added investor relations duties in 1995. She was named Treasurer and Vice President/Investor Relations in 1998. She was promoted to Senior Vice President of Finance in addition to her Treasurer’s responsibilities in 2001.

In 2003, Martore became Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and was appointed to Gannett’s Management Committee. In 2005, Martore became Executive Vice President and CFO. In 2010, she was named President and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Gannett, she worked for 12 years in the banking industry.

Martore serves on the Gannett Board of Directors as well as on the Boards of Directors of The Associated Press, FM Global, and MeadWestvaco Corporation.

In 2012 and 2013, Martore was named one of the “50 Most Powerful Women in Business” by Fortune Magazine. Following her selection as CEO in 2011, Martore was cited by Forbes in a review of the world’s most powerful women and, in 2012, she was named to Forbes’ “100 Most Powerful Women” list. Martore also was named on Variety’s Women’s Impact List 2013 and one of Washington’s 100 Most Powerful Women by Washingtonian Magazine. Institutional Investor magazine named Martore one of the best CFOs in America and ranked her the Best CFO in America in the publishing and advertising agencies category for three years in a row (2004, 2005, and 2006). The Washington Post also named Martore one of the top 10 female executives at major companies in the Washington region. In 2006 she was named CFO of the Year by Virginia Business.

Martore is the chairman and president of Gannett Foundation which supports nonprofit activities in the communities which Gannett serves. The Foundation invests in the future of the media industry, encourages employee giving, reacts to natural and other disasters, and contributes to a variety of charitable causes. Martore champions and actively participates in USA Today’s annual National Make A Difference Day, the country’s largest day of community service.

Martore is a graduate from Wellesley College with a double major in history and political science. While there, she was named a Wellesley Scholar for academic excellence.

Martore and her husband Joseph have two children.

YUSEF MEHDI
Corporate Vice President, Microsoft Devices and Studios

Yusuf Mehdi overseas the business and marketing for Microsoft’s Xbox game console, Surface tablet/laptop, and new devices, as well as the Games and Entertainment offerings for the company.

Most recently, Mehdi led the launch of the Xbox One and over saw the most recent release of Surface Pro 3 in over 30 markets. Xbox 360 and Xbox One consoles now number over 80 million units with over 40 million Xbox Live subscribers. Surface Pro 3 is off to the fastest start of any version in its history. Mehdi also leads key initiatives across the company including the strategic partnership with the NFL, the data and analytics platform for the company, and the joint venture with Shanghai Media for Xbox One in China.

Previously Mehdi spent 10 years in Microsoft's Online Services Division where he led an 1,800-person engineering team to develop and launch Microsoft's entry into Bing search and online advertising which now reaches over 150 million consumers. Prior Mehdi was responsible for the product management and marketing of Microsoft Internet Explorer versions 1.0 through 5.0. Mehdi began his career at Microsoft in 1992, playing key roles in the launch and marketing of Microsoft Windows, including the notable releases of Windows 3.1 and Windows 95.

Before joining Microsoft, Mehdi was a product manager at Reuters Group PLC, where he found his love for technology, the Internet, and media by helping roll out the first PC-based Reuters Terminal, which became the standard computing platform for the company. A native of Washington State, Mehdi earned a bachelor's degree in economics from Princeton University and an MBA from the University of Washington. He lives in Washington with his wife and three children.

MICHAEL I. ROTH
Chairman and CEO, Interpublic Group

Michael I. Roth is Chairman and CEO of Interpublic, one of the world's largest organizations of advertising and marketing services companies. Prior to serving in his current role, Roth was a member of the company’s Board of Directors. Since assuming leadership of Interpublic in 2005, Roth has righted the company’s financial course and moved to make it an industry leader by defining new models that provide value to clients in a rapidly changing media and marketing environment.

Prior to his current role, Roth was Chairman and CEO of The MONY Group Inc., a financial services holding company that provides a wide range of protection, asset accumulation and retail brokerage products and services through its member companies. Under Roth's leadership, The MONY Group diversified its business mix, broadened its distribution channels, and enhanced its ability to compete in today's financial services marketplace.

Roth is a member of the Board of Directors for Pitney Bowes Inc., the Ad Council, and Ryman Hospitality Properties. He sits on the Leadership Committee of Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts; the Board of Directors of the Committee Encouraging Corporate Philanthropy, and The National Center on Addiction and Substance Abuse at Columbia University (CASA). In addition, he is a Director of The Baruch College Fund and The Partnership for New York City. He is also a member of the Business Roundtable.

A certified public accountant, Roth holds an L.L.M. degree from New York University Law School and a J.D. from Boston University Law School. He is a 1967 graduate of the City College of New York.

KEVIN TSUJIHARA
Chairman and CEO, Warner Bros.

Nineteen-year Studio veteran Kevin Tsujihara serves as Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Warner Bros., a post he was promoted to in March 2013. In this role, he oversees worldwide operations, including film, television, and video game production, marketing, and distribution for one of the most innovative and successful entertainment companies in the world.

Tsujihara received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Southern California and his MBA from Stanford University. In addition to his professional commitments, Tsujihara sits on the Boards of Directors for the MPAA, City Year Los Angeles (an education-focused, nonprofit organization), the Los Angeles Sports & Entertainment Commission, and the Verdugo Hills Hospital Foundation. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of the AFI, the Los Angeles Coalition for the Economy & Jobs, and the Leadership Cabinet for the Los Angeles Region Red Cross. He also serves on the Stanford Graduate School of Business Advisory Council.
