AMTC Grads Star in Groundbreaking Film, Rumors Of Wars, Being Released to DVD and Blu-Ray on Nov. 11, 2014

Actors, Models and Talent for Christ Grads joined together to create “the best ensemble cast of any faith-based film ever,” according to AMTC VIP and Casting Director Nise Davies. Following their passion and calling of “making good bolder,” many AMTC Grads and Grad families helped to make Rumors of Wars possible. Ben Davies (Shaw), TC Stallings (Commander), Kelsey Sanders (Claire) and Dustin Tavella (Ramirez) are a few of many AMTC Grads featured in the highly-anticipated film. Other cast members include The Dark Knight actor Eric Roberts, singer Jaci Valesquez and lead singer Mac Powell of Third Day.

Rumors of Wars is a family film that appeals to all ages, but most importantly provides a great way to discuss the Bible and end times. A college journalist, Roxy, records her research of end times prophesies in her journal. Years later, in a post apocalypse society, an officer in the New World Army finds the truth-filled diary and must make a choice for himself. In speaking about the film, The Dove Foundation states, “The movie will make you think. See it as soon as possible.”

“Rumors of Wars is about standing up for what you believe in,” says Ben Davies, AMTC Grad and Coach, and lead in the film Courageous. Ben stars as SHAW408 in Rumors of Wars, and speaks about being part of the film. “I loved being part of Rumors of Wars. There are things I've loved about all of the films I’ve been in, but it was so much fun to suit up and be the action hero I dreamed of being as a kid.

Actors, Models and Talent for Christ, founded in 1982, recently became a 501c3 non-profit ministry. It is dedicated to making good bolder in film, fashion, music and theater and is currently holding auditions in major cities across the country. The next SHINE talent showcase is being held Dec 30, 2013 - Jan 04, 2015 at the Gaylord Palms Resort in Orlando, Florida.
