Announcement: GuitarControl.com releases âHow to Play Lead Blues Guitar with 3 Notes - Blues Guitar Lesson on Soloing Techniquesâ
(PRWEB) November 16, 2014
âHere is a lesson on easy ways to get starting play lead blues guitarâ, says Johnson, âforget about whole scale patterns, letâs just look at three notesâ. Claude demonstrates this concept based out of the minor pentatonic scale in the key of A, which he demonstrates as follows; 5th fret of the 6th string with first finger to the 8th fret with 4th finger to the 5th fret of the 5th string with first finger to the 7th fret with 3rd finger and then repeat that sequence for strings four and three and then 5th fret of the 2nd string with first finger to the 8th fret with 4th finger and then repeat that sequence for the first string. For the simplicity of this lesson, Claude just uses the notes on the 5th fret of the 4th and 3rd strings and the 7th fret of the 4th string. Claude plays these three notes and switches things up by changing up the timing and by using the techniques of bending and vibr ato as well as hammer-onâs and pull-offâs. The licks performed by Johnson will be sure to inspire even the seasoned guitarist as well as the novice. For more lessons like this check out GuitarControl.com/secrets.
