Christopher Nolan's "Interstellar" Honored with Truly Moving Picture Award from Heartland Film

The major motion picture release âInterstellarâ from Paramount Pictures and Warner Bros. Pictures, directed by Christopher Nolan (âInceptionâ, âDark Knight Trilogyâ), has been recognized with the Truly Moving Picture Award by nonprofit arts organization Heartland Film. Select theatrically-released titlesâ"entertaining films that do much more than just entertainâ"are honored with the designation throughout the year. Submissions are received directly from studios and producers for consideration.

The film opened with advance screenings in IMAXÂ® 70mm film, 70mm film and 35mm film formats on Wednesday, Nov. 5, followed by a nationwide release on Nov. 7.
