African American Filmmaker Ryan A. Cole Releases Sci-Fi Trailer "Vice Versa"

Hollywood, CA (PRWEB) December 27, 2014

African American filmmaker Ryan A. Cole will release the trailer for Vice Versa, his first Sci-Fi thriller produced and featuring Isaiah Washington. The feature film is in need of an Executive Producer as shooting can begin as early as 30 days. Vice Versa, set in the year 2025, follows the lives of struggling "addicts" with the hope of reclaiming their humanity after undergoing a new procedure that promises to extract vices and other afflictions such as gluttony, lust, wrath, sloth, smoking, pride, greed, gambling, pornography, alcoholism, and envy, from the brain in return for a "Perfek" life.

Once removed by an outpatient procedure built off of the technology called Electroencephalography (EEG), the vices are collected in vials and sold by the "doctors" to the government as weapons of mass destruction. Isaiah Washington (Grey's Anatomy, The 100) plays the role of the charming but sinister Dr. Jack who lures desperate patients into having the Extraction procedure done at PERFEK Hospital.

Cole’s idea for Vice Versa was conceived in 2011 and he spent the next two years researching the effects of vices on people's psyche. The corrupt doctors of PERFEK Hospital’s main source of acquiring vices is from the bottom of the social ladder; an angry inmate on death row for murder, torture, pedophilia and drug abuse. According to Cole, "Since death is imminent, why not extract the vices for free?" However, the doctor’s supply of vices is not enough just using the inmate's afflictions, so they turn to ordinary people to extract their vices for gain only to have the patient's mind end up far from "perfek".
