Since 2001, the Earth has experienced 26 atom bomb-sized explosions. They were detected by a network designed to discover if countries are testing nuclear weapons. It turns out no one has tested an atom bomb in 13 years. Those explosions were from asteroids crashing into Earth. What if this is an actual attack on our solar system. Playing the free version of "Alien Asteroid Attack" users are an Alien gunner - attacking the solar system with asteroids. In the paid multiplayer mode of the game, users are defending the universe with missiles either from earth, other planets or from orbiting space platforms. Receiving necessary monetary resources from the crowd-funding service Kickstarter, Alien Asteroid Attack will publish to many platforms including - IOS and Android.
Game logic uses actual astronomical information. As an example, after the userâs asteroid passes Voyager, tactical information presents itself on the screen including:
