Florida Hospital Wesley Chapel is an 83 all-private bed hospital that opened in October of 2012 with a vision of excellence in care and patient experience. The 50-bed facility is designed to serve people who have medically complex illnesses that require additional weeks of specialized hospital care. The medical team is focused on compassionate care to help ease the stress that can be associated with long-term illness.

The hospital is currently working on an expansion project centering around the surgical services area that will cover more than 100,000 square feet and include 12 state- of- the art operating rooms. The 116,866 square-foot project is expected to be completed in 2017, and the hospital will remain open and fully operational during construction.
