Renaissance Awarded Biennial Deficiency-Free State Survey

Renaissance, a senior living community located in Tampa, Florida, is pleased to announce that they have achieved a deficiency-free biennial survey (May 2015) by the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA). This means that the community has met or exceeded the state’s standard of care in all areas. This is the second consecutive period for Renaissance to be awarded this merit.

Through this survey, we found that our residents were very complimentary of our processes and opportunities for resident input through various committee meetings,” says Scott Dobat, Community Director at Renaissance. “We understand that this community is their home and take resident feedback very seriously.”

Renaissance specializes in independent living, assisted living and memory care. Every two years, the state conducts an unplanned survey at the community to assess compliance with the state’s standards of care. This year’s survey reported zero deficiencies for Renaissance.
